Yes, I do believe a Picard would be ok in Florida, as long as given access to cooler areas during the hot days, like inside the house etc.

Do you think the breed would do ok in north Florida? We do get a mild winter with temps 40-50 and summer 80-90. We have a house with a large yards and he/she would be mostly indoor, and my wife works from home.
